Clients are expected to provide accurate information, timely approvals, and legally compliant content to ensure smooth execution. Creative assets remain the property of Qliknow until full settlement, and completed projects may be featured in our portfolio. We are not liable for indirect losses or third-party platform changes. These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any revisions beyond the agreed scope of work may be subject to additional charges and extended timelines. Confidential information shared during the course of the project will be handled with strict discretion and used solely for project-related purposes. Either party may terminate the agreement with written notice; however, payments made for completed work and incurred expenses are non-refundable.
